Yes! Joining BOTE Nation is completely free and no purchase is required.
ONLINE: Redeem and use your reward right at checkout. Not ready to shop? You simply visit the Rewards page in your account and redeem a reward for future use online. Based on the total points you have in your account; we display the various types of offers and rewards you can use at checkout so that it’s easily accessible to you. Your discount will be reflected in the order total once you have applied it to your cart.
Your purchases at any BOTE store and www.boteboard.com will accumulate points including eligible third-party merchandise purchased through BOTE.
If you received points when you purchased the item, then those points will be removed from your account when the return is processed. If no points were earned on the purchase of the item, then no points will be removed.
The main way to earn rewards is by cashing in points. You will earn points with every purchase made in-store and online at boteboard.com, there are also other ways to earn points listed in the how to earn points section of the rewards page.
Yes, points will expire after one year of inactivity. You will be considered active so long as you are earning and redeeming points. So as long as you're staying active with BOTE, your points will always be waiting for you. Once you redeem the points for a discount code, that code will be valid for 7 days.

We know that you love our products and we want the world to know too! All you have to do is leave us a review for a product that you have purchased by following the guidelines below and you will be awarded the allocated points.
- In order to receive review points you must be a ‘verified buyer’, meaning that our system must be able to confirm that you have purchased the product you are leaving a review on. Therefore, the only way to receive points for product reviews is to complete the review form that is emailed to you approximately 2 weeks after your product has been shipped. Reviews written by accessing the individual products through our website pages rather than through the review email you receive will not qualify for Rewards points, even if you are currently logged into your account, as our system is unable to confirm that you are a verified buyer this way.
- Reviews must be tied to specific products. Site reviews do not qualify to receive points.
If a customer enters a birthday that’s within the next 30 days, the reward will be delayed until 30 days from the date it was entered.
